About me
I am a teacher, researcher, and engineer who enjoys turning ideas into something that can be understood, tested, and realized.
My work lies at the intersection of robotics, dynamics, vibration, flexible systems, and smart engineering technologies. I am particularly interested in flexible robotics, underwater manipulation, rotor dynamics, MEMS/NEMS, nonlinear dynamics, vibration control, and energy harvesting.
For me, research is not only about developing mathematical models or simulations. I believe in connecting physical understanding, mathematical formulation, experimentation, and real-world implementation.
As a teacher and mentor, I enjoy working with students, discussing ideas, solving problems together, and helping them develop the confidence to pursue their own research.
Beyond research, I value simplicity, curiosity, learning, and meaningful human connections. I believe good engineering begins with a clear question, and good research becomes meaningful when it can eventually make a difference in the real world.
